Hi, we are Diane and John Bettencourt, serial entrepreneurs with over 60 years combined business experience.  Over the course of our business careers, we have started and operated several successful business ventures in areas such as:  child day care, vending machines, real estate rehab, and luxury transportation.  We’ve learned a lot and been knocked down a time or two along the way.

Realizing how challenging starting one’s own business can be, and having a passion for entrepreneurship, we decided to give back and share what we have learned by offering our expertise to other entrepreneurs.  We began to coach other like-minded individuals in all areas of business management and ownership.  In 2007 we began our relationship with BAI.  This is how Franchise Brand Advisors was born.
